I have been counting calories and walking at least 10,000 steps a day for a week. I weigh each Tuesday and I am hoping to see a loss tomorrow. Last Tuesday I had lost 1.2 pounds since the previous week. My goal has been to eat 500 less calories than I burn and I should lose a pound a week, according to Fitbit. I’ll just have to wait and see!

I just started Jackie Warner’s “Lose 10 pounds in 10 days” plan. I am already missing the brownies and ice cream! But, she says that if I stick to it, soon I won’t even be craving those unhealthy things — I will believe that when i see it! 🙂
Oh I crave sweets a lot. I like using the fitbit, because if I walk a lot and burn calories I can still eat. I just have to “budget” my calories.
